Located in the heart of downtown Penticton, this four-storey mixed-use development is designed as an anchor for families. The project is defined by a south-facing courtyard—a protected “outdoor room” created specifically for neighbours to gather and connect. While the building’s massing is intentionally simple to ensure economical construction and peak energy efficiency, the interior experience is one of increased livability and light. By balancing urban density with high-quality communal space, the design provides a resilient, affordable, and welcoming home that strengthens the social fabric of the downtown core.
