Amber Residences

This pedestrian-oriented courtyard development introduces a mix of 32 townhouses, laneway homes, and lofts to Cambie Village. By prioritizing private garden terraces and direct street-level entries, the design fosters a walkable community and enhances local safety through natural surveillance. Public Architecture tuned each of the building’s four facades to optimize sun exposure and energy efficiency, responding directly to specific climatic conditions. The result is a highly livable residential hub that balances private sanctuary with a strong connection to the surrounding neighbourhood.
