Old Lillooet Road

In the District of North Vancouver, the Old Lillooet Road affordable housing development consists of two mid-rise buildings, thoughtfully angled and offset to create a protected central courtyard. The project provides diverse housing options for residents of all ages, incomes, abilities, and household sizes. More than half of the 188 units feature two or more bedrooms, supporting families and shared living arrangements. The design also preserves the mature trees along the southern edge of the site, enhancing comfort, well-being, and natural sound buffering.
