Agnes has over 13 years of progressive industry experience in the management of complex residential environments for private & public sectors. She values stakeholder engagement and excels in managing requirements, scheduling, and collaborating with diverse consultant teams, and is a critical & analytical problem solver. She is especially familiar with the dynamics of single & multi-family, mixed-use projects. Most recently she was the Project Manager for a 6-storey wood-framed rental residential building in Burnaby; a 35-unit wood-framed town homes in Maple Ridge, a 5-storey mixed-use non-combustible and wood-framed residential building in Port Coquitlam, and 5-storey mixed-use wood-framed residential building in Surrey.
Agnes is currently Intern Architect on a series of child care & residential projects in Saanich, Campbell River, and Fort St John for the Métis Nation of British Columbia.
