Dionysios brings more than 25 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry on mixed-use residential, cultural, institutional, and industrial projects from initial design through contract management. A graduate of McGill University in architecture and of Concordia University in building engineering, he brings an enviable combination of creative and technical understanding to his work with special expertise in building envelope. Dionysios, as a consummate team player, is encouraging, collaborative, and resourceful. He contributes to the design and cultural community by leading photography walks. Dionysios’ first language is French.
Dionysios is supporting Mission Secondary School and 1010 Expo Boulevard, a tower of nearly 300, affordable, rental units that centres social and environmental resilience.
