With more than 12 years of experience on residential, mixed-use, cultural, urban and infrastructure projects, Javier brings a solid and well-rounded design foundation. A dedicated and creative professional, he has managed multiple projects across China, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Spain, where he further developed his adaptability, efficiency, and time management. Javier consistently delivers all phases of project management, positively impacting teams with his motivation and demonstrating the analytical skills and leadership necessary to handle organizationally complex projects.
Javier is supporting 450 Pacific Street, a mid-rise residential building that includes 90 non-market, rental units with the City of Vancouver, Hogan’s Alley Society, and Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society.
