With more than ten years of experience, Sergio joined Public following a senior architectural position in Brazil, where he contributed to award-winning, large-scale residential projects, many involving modular construction. There, he also led an informal lab, experimenting with applying digital tools to improve building performance, enrich design, and value engineer. He brings a passion for process optimization and working within large, diverse teams. Sergio excels at time management and harnessing technology: The precision of his renderings allow user and client groups to assess project progress from details such as furniture and finishes to how a building is positioned on site.
Sergio is dividing time between Old Lillooet Road affordable housing and a housing study for 43 Housing Society. Â
