Presentation Centre

Designed as a stand-alone sculptural gateway for Polygon Homes, the Fiorella Presentation Centre is defined by its relationship with the Fraser River. While the interior houses reception, a display suite, and amenities, the building’s identity is defined by its custom-fabricated south façade. This rhythmic series of metal fins provides shade and a poetic reference to the nearby tidal waters. Each fin was precision-bent and powder-coated to withstand the salt air, creating a durable and site-specific screen.
