Shane O’Neill

A graduate of University College Dublin, Shane moved to Canada in 2001 where he contributed to significant projects in Toronto before making the move to Vancouver in 2005. From there, he has contributed to large-scale urban and campus building projects across the country.

As PUBLIC’s Director of Design, Shane is responsible for managing design quality across all projects, including post-secondary education, affordable housing, and childcare projects. Through involvement in all design phases, he supports clear and effective architectural design strategies that maintain alignment between user needs, project requirements, budget, and design objectives.
